Subcontracting Services

    ACS generally operates as an independent, full-line research firm.  ACS frequently subcontracts its services to other engineering and architectural firms which are engaged in site planning services and thus responsible for managing the integrated complexities of project design and regulatory compliance issues.  ACS is also available to subcontract its services to other cultural resource management (CRM) firms whose principal operations lie outside the Northeast United States while pursuing contracts that involve work within the geographic area covered by ACS. This may be particularly fruitful for CRM firms engaged in multi-state or even multi-regional programs such as federal thematic studies or utility pipe-line projects.
